Putting Header Band after Group Header Band

I'm looking for a way to put header band after group header band and immediately before data rows.

In documentation it's been noted that a Header band is always output before the Group Header band. But I really need to put it after Group Header band, my customer insists on it! Is there any workaround or trick to achieve this?

As a way, you can place header information on the GroupHeader band.
If it is does not help, please send us your report with test data for analysis.
