Next or Previous buttons in WebViewer not working in One Page View

When I click on the Next or Previous (or First or Last) buttons on the viewer, the view flashes "Loading" for a second then the viewer control disappears.(actually it leaves a thin white line were the viewer should be.) I can select the report again and it will display again properly, I can not click next. If I click on whole page the viewer does the same thing.

When I run the demo on my machine the paging buttons work...So I think it must be something I am doing. (or not doing...)
