Is not retaining the preferences selected by user

Hello
Is not retaining the preferences selected in the latest preview. For example when I run a report and select a zoom to 120%, then exit the report and rerun the last shows I did not zoom (120%) instead of reporting it shows me 100%. This results in that every time I run a report I have to select the appropriate zoom.
