Add: New static events: StiOptions.Engine.GlobalEvents.LoadingStylesInDesigner, StiOptions.Engine.GlobalEvents.SavingStylesInDesigner.
Add: Now you can export to BMP in the monochrome mode.
Add: A new SeriesLabels.ValueTypeSeparator property is added to the Chart component.
Fix: Some problems in interactions reports.
Fix: A problem with switching localization in the report designer with standard GUI mode.
Fix: Some problems with the designer configuration.
