I can´t understand what is going on with my reports, all of them is showing up some white pages without any reason, (I guess).
It only happens when I try to print my reports by the browser.
*When I print it by the PDF file, I don't have any problem.
The paper size is A4 and the report margin is only 0,5 cm

Re: White Pages in my reports
Hello,
In web only one way exists for better printing from Web Viewer. It is export to Adobe PDF format and then printing. As another way it is printing, provided by the browser. But you need to check your browser settings in the page settings for printing. Please remove headers and footers, and set all margins to 0. If you use Firefox, please also set the scale to 100%. Unfortunately we can't control any of printer parameters. We can only prepare html page and say to browser print it. Nothing more.
Thank you.

Re: White Pages in my reports
I am trying to avoid the costumer/client sets the printer parameters and download the Pdf when he just need to print the report. Is there a way to create a fix parameter for all browsers? In the report I am setting a4 paper and margin 0.5cm. I just need keep the header and footer in the "same page" and avoid white page as well.
In landspace orientation the problem is still worse, the page footer goes to another page (print screen attachment).
Remembering that the reports in web viewer are "ok", without any problem and white pages.
Thank you.
