The number of records shown for each group is always one number short from the total records on the group.
When I removed the grouping, the total number of records are short too ! When I look at the JSON data source output, I confirm the total number of records should be more.
Anyone experience this ?

You set the Number of Columns and Column Width properties of the Data Band.
The data is rendered outside the report page because the width of the page is 20, and the column width is 100.
Please, correct these properties. Set the Number of Columns to 0.
