Dynamic Parameter

Hello,

I have designed a report say EmployeeByDepartment. is it possible for an end user to create a parameter from the available fields in report and pass values in runtime without writing any code ???? Please Give the possiblity of making this if exist. This is urgent. Thank You in advance.

No sorry. Reporting tool does not contain special features to do this.
