Memory problem (OutOfMemoryException)

I am running a 6000 pages report, the program throws an "OutOfMemoryException", we tried using the "ReportCacheMode" but the report takes a long time. I'm using the version 2015.3,
Any idea how to fix it indicated?

How long the report is rendered?
Do you get any errors in Report Checker?

Please try to use caching for your report.
Try to set the CacheMode property to On mode.

I activated CacheMode property but the problem is not solved.
