Report display and printing proplem

Hi,

I have the below two problems:

1) When previewing the report, it display message with "Windings 2" font not found message. I tried to download this font, but it doesn't solve the problem

2) When printing the report, empty page print out in one of the workstation

Btw, I'm using the Web preview to print report.

Hello Ringo,

This font is used in drawing of CheckBox component. Without this font this component can't work. You need to install this font into Windows or you need replace this component by other components.

2) When printing the report, empty page print out in one of the workstation

StiWebViewer used web browser printing abilities. We can't control how web browser print report. You need change some parameters in printing preferences of web browser on workstation which have problems with printing report.

When should I installed the font? I had tried to install the "Windings 2" font in the server but problem still occurred.

I'm using IE8 to print the report, is it due to the compatible problem? Anyone here use IE8 before.

You need use standard windows way to install font.

No, other PC with different version of IE have no problem.

No, other PC with different version of IE have no problem.

Printing from WebViewer depend from printer settings of web browser as i say before. We can't control page margins, page orientation and page size (DHTML does not provide required methods or ways). So you need change it manually.
