xml reportguid nod

could you please explain when this reportguid xml nod value gets created and updated.

I was going to use the reportguid as a key in my database row.(I keep my report xml as a database string.)

However, when I go to edit a report in web designer and then do a save the reportguid is different.
Is this correct behavior? It seems that if a reportguid is loaded into a the web designer then on save it should stay the same.

The issue is fixed. The patch will be available in the next prerelease build.
