IsLastPage Variable in OverlayBand

The IsLastPage Variable in OverlayBand does never change to true,

If the Engine is set to SinglePass, the first page shows IsLastPage = true
If the Engine is set to DoublePass, all pages show IsLastPage = false and the OverlayBand will be rendered twice on the page.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to use this variable in the OverlayBand.
