When rendering the report, In Windows Service application raise the error

i have designed the report in Version: 2009.2.416 from 15 June 2009.. It runs in windows application.. But i work on windows service application.. It gives the pdf form of report.. when ever i render the report in windows service application.. It raise the error look like :

c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(355,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(379,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(413,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(440,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(457,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'c:\WINDOWS\Temp\q_duug6t.0.cs(474,19) : error CS0117: 'System.EventArgs' does not contain a definition for 'Value'

How to solve it????
