Disappearing Columns / Rows in Crosstables

Hi,

I have a problem regarding CrossTables. When a Column or a Row in a CrossTable doesn't contain any Data, then the Column or the Row is not displayed at all. That may be okay most of the time, but if you want to display a column header even though this column is empty it is not okay.

A good example may be displaying Data for a given week where the column headers contain weekdays. If for example the column "Thursday" doesn't contain any values, than it is not displayed but it needs to be displayed (just to see that there simply is no data for this day).

I'm pretty sure there is already a way to keep these columns visible, but I couldn't figure it out. It would be nice, if you could tell me how to do it.

And if the data do not have rows/columns how could we know which rows/columns to show?
