Data band printing on all pages

Hello,

I've got a report that has a databand at the top with information that I'd like to have printed on all pages. I have a PageHeader above it and other bands below it. Everything prints as expected except the first databand doesn't print on the second printed page (there's only one format page).

I'm running version 2008.1.225 on Win XP SP2, C# and ASP.Net 2.0.

Print On = All Pages
Print On All Pages = True
Reset Data Source = False
