problem in Settting the Page Color To Black

Hi,
I want to set the color of page to black and the text to white
It suits my website theme.
I have treid brush-Solid,Color-Black property of the page
And for Textbox also tried the same It working for textboxes and not for page i.e
Text of texboxes turning white but page color is not turning black
I am using it for web application.
When i see in preview at design time it is correct but in HTML Preview the changes are not reflected
So please provide me urgent help Regarding this problem
