Cross Header and Data Band Issue

I created a report that uses the Cross Header band and Cross Data band, the issue that I am noticing is that in the preview report the cross header and data bands each take up a page per a band for each entry, how can I set the width of the band? I would the Header and Data band to take up the width that I set and keep repeating the data band for the data that it contains on the same page, without only showing one set of data per a page.
Example:
In a header I would like to show an account #, then for each account I would like to show their order info. for now when I create a cross header, I see an account # on one page, then next page has order details for order #1, the next page has order details for order #2 and so on- each order details only takes up a bit of width on each page but for some reason when I preview the report, each account # and order details takes up a whole page.

Please send mrt file of the report and data for it to support[at]stimulsoft.com for analysis. If data is too large or confidential, please send mdc file of the rendered report. You can save into this format from the Preview Window in Designer.
