Can somebody tell me what does that mean by buying the stimulsoft.net with option of buying with source code?????

Purchasing with the option of the Source Code means you get the entire source code for the product along with the compiled binaries. Without the Source code means you just get the compiled binaries to reference in your project.

Stimulsoft.Controls.dll
Stimulsoft.Base.dll
Stimulsoft.Database.dll
Stimulsoft.Editor.dll
Stimulsoft.Report.dll
Stimulsoft.Report.Win.dll
Stimulsoft.Report.Design.dll
Stimulsoft.Report.Web.dll

The source code of Stimulsoft.Controls.Win.dll is not delivered because it is based on DotNetBar for Windows Forms software of the DevComponents. This file contains visual controls for interface rendering. The code has been written in С#..Net 2.0.

.Net Framework 3.5 is supported as well.
