add custom controls to toolbox and Form

Can I add other controls to toolbox such as Persian Date Picker or other custom controls? If the answer is true, how can I render this control as a web control in report view time?

Sorry, this is not possible.

Report's dialogs intended just for the simplest possible input i.e. predefined parameters in case of web reports.
