do forms work with StiReportResponse.ResponseAsPdf

I have a report with a form that asks for date range input.
The form does not come up when using StiReportResponse.ResponseAsPdf
is there a way to get the form to pop up or pass in user parameters?

Unfortunately, Responce method does not call the dialogue form in WebViewer.
