Colors in Graphs and Grouping databands

When updating to a new version, all my exisiting reports looses some functionallity.

Why are the colors in a graph not displayed?
When you select in the old version keep group together the header, data and footer are displayed on the same page.
This functionallity isn't'working anymore?
