We display the report data source to our users using friendly field names that we allow them to define. Many times these friendly names are several words and contain spaces as a result.
When dragging a DataSource field onto the report, the designer replaces all spaces with underscores. However, when building a cross tab band grid using the cross tab designer, the spaces are not replaced by underscores. And I am not allowed to alter the Data.Value property field with the correct name.
Notice that if you click the ellipses next to Data.Value and you drag a column from the datasource box there you will see that it does replace the spaces with underscores. However, when you close the dialog, Data.Value still shows up with spaces in it instead of underscores.
I am using WebDesigner 2009.2 stable. I notices you have listed some bug fixes with the cross tabs in your 2009.3 release. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of this one.
Thanks,
Matthew Vines

Hello,
We know about this problem. We need to reprocess algorithms of work with data. Fixes will be available a bit later, in November 2009.
Thank you.
