Strange problem with overlay band

Hello,

when I do the following I receive an 'Exception report' dialog:

1. Open report designer having a data dictionary with data
2. Add a data band to the new report
3. Assign a data source to the data band
4. Change the height of the data band to 7 centimeters
5. Add an overlay band to the report
6. Change the property 'Print on' of the overlay band to 'Only first page'
7. Change to preview tab
8. Receive the mentioned 'Exception report' dialog

What did I do wrong?
