Report for schools

Hello friends,
First i'm sorry but my english is not so good, but i try explanned my question.

I'm try to make a report to a school, with a table design as this:

Report for School

I tried with crosstabs but could not, the part of student grades.

I'm new as you can see, and I am trying to 2 days, any idea would be welcome.
