How to change default report/export settings?

Using the StiWebViewerFx control, when I save a report there are settings prompted to the user. For example, exporting a CSV gives options for Encoding, Separator, and Skip Column Headers. There are options for PDF and several of the other formats as well.

How do I change what these settings default to? I still want the user to have the option to change them, I just want to control what the defaults are.

I see the StiCsvExportSettings class, but I can't figure out where to assign it so that the default are populated from it.
