filling dataset from VS doesn't affect report display?

hi,
I am filling the dataset from my code,the first time the report show's correct data
but for next filtering in my code the report doesn't show anything.what should i do?
I have used a stored procedure which contains 4 parameters and i fill this sp from my code.
