Text in cells

Hi. I'm trying to make the text in cells component to work, but I can't get it to work. I tried to put the values for the cell height and width and even the horizontal and vertical spacing, but it just doesn't work. Also, when I preview the report in the designer, it seems that the text in cells shifts a few milimeters, because the text is not in the same place where I put it in the design mode, but shifted a few milimeters. If You want, I could send You the report so You try to make it to work.
By the way, my company has bought Your product almost a year ago, and we definitely plan to extend our subscription mostly because of Your prompt and great service.

Please show it on example, we couldn't reproduce this situation.
