Constraint Editor Boolean Value

Can I use the constraint editor (in the query editor) to choose a boolean value, or is it only capable of looking at string values?

I know I can set a boolean filter on the data band, but I'd like to set a boolean contraint for the entire report.

I apologize. The reporting software is embeded into another application, and the part that I was referencing was written by a third party. I had assumed it was part of the report writing software, which it isn't.
