Create a new variable with an expression

Hello,

I am trying to create a new variable. Instead of giving a value I am trying to calculate it with an expression. In the expression I want to use a column of a Data Source but it doesn't work to me. Here is an example:

Dibujo.jpg (144.44 KiB) Viewed 1261 times

The report doesn't produce any error but it doesn't show the data that I have in the variable.

What I am doing wrong??

Hello.

If you set variable value with data source field, you should set the Read Only property.
