Persian 'ی' Problem In Flash Core Viewer

I use Stimulsoft Reports Ultimate 2012.2 Flash Core Viewer With Persian localization. My Reports have been made into Persian Language. In non-IE Browser(and non-IE Flash Player) Everything is OK but in IE (IE Flash Player) the statements that includes ('ی' Persian) are shown inverse and wrong. when I replace (Persian 'ی') with (Arabic 'ي') everything will be okay. is there a solution for this problem?

Please check the localization of the browser and check if you have installed the latest version of the Flash player in the IE.
