Adding personnal buttons in Viewer

I've read that we can add personnal buttons in ribbon of viewer with our own behavior.
But i can't find the way to do this...
Can you help me ?

I khnow it's not possible from designer but i want to do this with C# code.
I've to inherit the ViewerControl, or the ribbon?
