Hyperlink mouseover in Webviewerfx

I am creating a report that contains a text component with a hyperlink and tooltip.

In webviewerfx, when I mouse over the text component the hyperlink is displayed as a hover (not what I want).
In webviewer, when I mouse over the text component the tooltip text is displayed as a hover (what I want).

How do I get the hover over the text component to show the tooltip text in webviewerfx and still have the hyperlink work?
