Checkbox inside listview control in form

Hi!

I would like to inquire on how to implement the list view control with check box inside a form (dialog box) in a stimulsoft report if this is even possible?
I am trying to add a multiple selection options where the options data will come from a datasource.
I will use the selected options as filters for the report.

Unfortunately, form is not supported in the Reports.Web for MVC.
