How do I change the bar colors in the attached image? Using the Designer?

You can create Chart Style in the Style Designer and set this style to the Chart.

I have followed the video and still the styles are not applied. I noticed the video is not using the web designer. Can you send me a sample of using a custom style created from the style designer applied to a stacked bar chart using the web designer?

Hello.

You don't see custom style in the Design mode only. If you will go to the Preview tab you will see the right chart.
We will make an improvement in our next prerelease build to show right chart in the Design mode.

No I do not see the right chart.

Which version do you use?
Here is a report template. You should see Red, Yellow and Green bars.

Great this works for me thank you very much. Is it possible to duplicate Style09 as a custom style so I can remove the Glare brush. I want the Style09 as solid colors.

The style could be inherited and changed as you need.
