Dictionary becomes inaccessible after drag'n'drop operations

Hi there,

the dictionary becomes inaccessible after one or two drag'n'drop operations within the dictionary. First, some redraw failures appear and after a few clicks or mouse movements the whole dictionary disappears. In versions before 2013.1.1600.0 an exception was thrown.
