Create a "New Relation", using Business object

Good morning,
You can create a "New Relation", using Business object? I would like to create a relationship between two objects in the Business object design mode. Other information, I wonder if it is possible to create a "New Relation" between DataSource and Business object.
I have created a relationship class in creating the list, but would like to create a relationship in design mode.
