we still have huge problems with export to Word. I understand rule of 65 colums and even if I accept this, there is another issue. Please, see attached report. Let you try to print it and than export it to Word. In preview or in print output and PDF it is ok, but in Word the text is wrapped and because field is measured and sized with not wrapped text, so in Word the text is cropped....
What shall to do with this issue.... it looks like the Word export is useless, what is very pitty and we have to somehow explain this to our custommers...

... I found, that if I set the font size to 6,7, output in PDF and Word is OK.... by the way I am not able to set decimal number in WPF designer... in WinForm I can..... why? But this is really ugly workaround and I need to know your official point of view to this issue....

The problem is in Word. It's impossible to know the size of the text. It could differ. You could see the issue if you will change zoom level in Excel in the attached file. The number of lines of the text will vary. There is a Stimulsoft.Report.StiOptions.Export.Word2007.SpaceBetweenCharacters option was added to fix this issue. But it works not with all fonts.
With your sample the Word document was created right when this option was -4. By default it is -2.
Please, try to change this option until you get the right Word document.

thank you for response....
Your option is working as expected so this is solving this issue....
I have done some tests of the export to Word and Excel and the zoom issue is clear example of the fact, that this is mainly problem of MS Word.... So we are going to present poor reliability of export to our customers as a problem of Microsoft.

....you are right ... but customer is customer.... and he urgently needs to export invoices in some editable format..... don't ask me why
