I have an Oracle 11g System Data Source set up on Windows Server 2008 instance using Stimulsoft Reports.Web 2013.3. I have added the connection to the Designer successfully. When I try to add a Data Source using the connection, the Designer hangs on "Retrieving database information" and ultimately crashes giving this information

Re: Designer fails when adding datasource
I download Stimulsoft Reports.Web 2014.1.1812 from 2014.02.21 and tried the designer from there and it produced the same behavior. I am using the following process to try to add a datasource.
1. Add an ODBC connection.
2. Right click ODBC connection under "Data Sources" and choose "New Data Source"

3. Choose my connection and click OK. The designer hangs on "Retrieving Database Information" and finally spits this out.

Re: Designer fails when adding datasource
Hello.
Please, try to click on the Test connection button on the Connection editor. If the test does not pass, you connection string is wrong.
Also try to create Data Source from ODBC connection. In this case Designer will not Retrieve information about whole database.

Re: Designer fails when adding datasource
The test connection button succeeds when I try it. I was able to create a Data Source from ODBC connection like you suggested. I found that there are about a dozen public schemas, each with a large number of tables, available to the user I am logging in with. It appears that this is what is causing the problem to occur.
