URGENT :keep each and every master and first detail together

I have the following case

Header
dataBand1-Master
GroupHeader
Databand2-Detail
GroupFooter
Footer

on GroupHeader, New page Before is set to true as I need every new group to start on a new page.
I have SkipFirst set to True as well so that for the first master the first detail is printed immediately after it without creating a a new page.

Now My Question.

The second master is printed at the end of last detail of first master and then first detail of second master is printed on a new page. I want to keep master and first detail together for each master. How can I achieve this.
