Reference current scale value in series labels

Hello,

in series labels "text before" and "text after" (or maybe "Format"), can I reference the value on the axis to which the text would be applied. E.g. on label for Y axis value 2 I would want to have written "2 / 0.5" ("Text after" would be sth. like "{n} / {n/4}").

Is there a way to have dedicated colors for text before and text after?
