Can't Save Report to any file type

Hi everybody..

please i face problem with web view Fx, my reports working fine but i can't save it to any file type.

after i press 'OK' button in Export Setting Screen do nothing !! (see pic in attachment)

I worked my web application .NET Framework 4 by Visual Studio 2010.

i am using Stimulsoft version: '2012.3.1500.0'

please help to solve problem
