Is Editable Text supported in Web viewer?

Dear Support Team,
I am looking to textbox editable property that exist in windows version , i try to use it in web viewer and flash viewer but i can't see it in editable mode.
Another thing in windows viewer there is button on toolbar that open the report designer and show the current page for editing.

please advise

Unfortunately, there is no Edit Page button in Web and Flash viewers.
It's impossible to implement it there.
