Style Designer can't resize Properties

Hi,

a simple issue:
Style Designer's property editor is too small, the splitter can't be dragged to the left.
So I can't edit Border's frame.

Env. Win7, .Net 4.0, WPF, V2015.1 (1. Apr 2015)
