StimulReport designer is locked after Dsigner.Fx loaded

I have an application in which I have a section that each user can edit the report's structure at run-time in StimulReport web designer(Note that I have saved my reports template in database an each time I fetch the selected reports template from database). In order to accomplish this task, each user can select the desired report and click on 'edit'. So Deigner.FX start loading the report and shows the report template and structure in browser. This works fine in many of my customers servers.

I have recently faced a problem in some of my customers servers that after loading the report by Designer.Fx, the report body is locked and nothing is shown inside it and editing is impossible. Even when I click on 'Preview' nothing is shown. Some times when I click on 'Preview' report checker shows me some errors about wrong formatted input values for some of the classes in report's C# code(for example there is a code to draw a rectangle that accepts 4 numerical value as constructor inputs, but some of the inputs have 'NaN' as their values and this cause error).

also note that I am using StimulReport 2014. I have also attached the screenshot of problem.
Can any body help me to resolve this issue?
