TrendMicro OfficeScan - Malicious Behavior

One of our customers just reported an issue with our application.

Whenever they use the print or export function for a report, they're getting a "Unauthorized File Encryption" message from their virus scanner and our application gets quarantined.

Viewing reports works just fine - it only happens when printing or exporting.

The Stimulsoft Version used is 2013.2.

In that case it was a false alarm. You can contact OfficeScan to fix their algorithm so that the problem never occur again.
