why convert to picture in export to word

hi all

Why when i use HTML tag in text my report in export to word my text convert to picture
and when i remove HTML tag from text in my report export to word is normal text.

i change text quality to WYSIWYG and Typographic , but again my text convert to bitmap in export to word

Hello,

In export to RTF feature is implemented.
In export to Word2007 it is a bit to implement, so it works "as is".
If this is important for you, we will add it into our to-do list.

Thanks for your attention

I Test RTF export and That was right but page format change during the export.

Through all software report creator Stimulsoft Reports product is the best.

I suggest , If possible implement this feature to export in word document for best reporter .

Hi,
we have a situation where client inserts some text application as html.
Then, he wants to create report based on that input, and then to edit document manually.
So, export to word is the most convenient reporting for this context.
The problem is that html renders as picture. It should be very useful if you change this behaviour regarding to this scenarion I described.
Let me know about your impression about this issue, is it already on your to-do list?

Which version do you use?
We couldn't reproduce your issue on the latest prerelease build.
Please send us a report template with data to reproduce the issue.

We use version 2011.1.915.0
We were considering version 2012.2.1313.0, but it has bug with rendering tags.
Exactly, Stimulsoft engine totally crashes when tags are to be rendered. Even, web designer crashes immediately when I enter in TextBox text containing tag and set AllowHtmlTags to True.
If you have improved this Html rendering as text (not picture) on export to word in new prerelease , then only tag issue remains. Did someone reported this to you, Did you noticed it?
I shall investigate this on new prerelease and send you text example during next week.

You have written in the Reports.Net forum, but there is no Web Designer. What product do you use?
Do you have any problems in the WinForms Designer?

Ok, I apologize for mentioning Web Designer in wrong forum. I design reports through web application using web Designer as client.
I was searching the forum for problem that we have, and found this topic which is common for both products.
I don't use WinForms Designer.

I tested export to word with report that have Html tags applied and written (without ) in version 2012.2.1313.0. And it works fine as you sad.
I am glad that bug with tag will be solved. Because this is the blocker for upgrading to newer version with solved problems.
