Add: New events are added to Silverlight report designer – Exit, ClosingReport.
Add: A new static property is added - StiOptions.Designer.AllowUsePlacementWizard.
Add: A new static property is added - StiOptions.Designer.AllowUseHighlightWizard.
Fix: Some troubles with drawing vertical line component in Silverlight.
