Browser Error While Exporting to PDF

Post by ScottStoneback »

I'm trying to Save a rendered report as PDF. I see that it works in the Demo so I'm wondering what the issue is. The following gets displayed in the browser console when I click the PDF export item:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
r.addImageInt @ stimulsoft.reports.js:1
at.storeImageData @ stimulsoft.reports.js:1
at.exportPdf1 @ stimulsoft.reports.js:1
at.exportTo @ stimulsoft.reports.js:1
jsObject.postExport @ stimulsoft.viewer.js:1
n.action @ stimulsoft.viewer.js:1
a.action @ stimulsoft.viewer.js:1
e.onclick @ stimulsoft.viewer.js:1
(anonymous function) @ VM20896:1

I'm running version 2015.3 and I've tried it running in Chrome and Firefox.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott

Hello.

It seems that it's something wrong with an image in the report.
What version of our product do you use? We were adding a support of some image formats in our latest builds.
Please, try the latest build that is available on our site.
It this does not help, please, send us your rendered report for analysis.

Thank you.

I was originally using 2015.3.0 build. I downloaded the 2015.3.3 prerelease version and I'm getting the same results. Attached is the rendered report that I'm using. This is generated serverside using report.SaveDocumentToString().

Here is the report. This is the second time I have attached this report.

Additionally, this report is left-aligned when printed. Is there a way to center the report data on the printed page. This report is unique in that it has larger-than-normal margins.

Please advise.
Thanks,
Scott

I tried it in IE 11.0.9600.18124 and am getting the same error.
I have also tried it in Firefox 43.0.4 and Chrome 47.0.2526.111 with the same result.
