2015.3 StiMobileDesigner problem?

updated from 2015.2 to 2015.3 and later to 2015.3.4., HTML5 designer stopped working.
files were updated, GAC too:

in an EMPTY ASP.NET project, both StiMobileViewer and StiMobileDesigner are added to a form. Viewer is OK, designer fails:

project is built successfully, but after clicking "design", menu is displayed without report template. In a console, errors are displayed:

In 2015.2. designer worked properly.

We have fixed the issue in Visual Studio. Please, check our next build.

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue with showing report in designer.
Please, send us a sample that reproduces the issue.

Error in design time reproduced, the fix will be available in the next prerelease build.

Please specify - before the upgrade from version 2015.2 to 2015.3, both components StiMobileViewer and StiMobileDesigner work correctly on one ASPX page?

yes. actually, it was 2105.2.2 (from 21.10.2015 I believe).
