New datasource - button is missing

when type is changed to "stored procedure", button for refresh parameters is missing.

After clicking OK and Editing data source again, button appears.

I believe that button should appear when type is changed to "Stored procedure".

Please also add "ReconnectOnEachRow" checkbox.
