i would like as 2nd pic that table will design till the end of the page also when no data is on database ...how can i do?

Hello,

You need to use vertical lines or rectangles. See report samples from DEMO Invoice report from the "basic reports category".
Also you may use empty bands. Category "Reports with empty bands".
